This Privacy Policy explains how SCULPT (“SCULPT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the SCULPT mobile application, visit www.trysculpt.app, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and country. In the app, you may provide information such as your name, age range, goals, focus areas, general sleep and stress selections, reminder preferences, and other settings.

Activity and progress information. The app records information about routines you complete, including the routine, completion time, and duration, so it can show your progress.

Subscription information. If you start or manage a subscription, we receive information about your subscription status, product, purchase history, and an app-specific customer identifier. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

Usage and technical information. We collect information about how the Services are used, such as screens viewed and interactions with the app. We may also receive device and app information, approximate location derived from an IP address, diagnostic information, and website request logs.

Information stored on your device

Your profile choices, preferences, reminder times, and routine history are currently stored locally on your device. Local reminders are scheduled through your device’s notification system after you grant permission. You can change notification permission in your device settings and clear locally stored SCULPT data from the app’s settings.

How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, maintain, and personalise the Services;
• track and display your routine progress;
• operate subscriptions and restore purchases;
• send reminders you choose to receive;
• understand usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve SCULPT;
• communicate with you about the waitlist, launches, support, and important service updates; and
• protect the Services, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with service providers that help us provide analytics, subscriptions, app distribution, content delivery, website hosting, and data storage. These providers include PostHog, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and Expo.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of SCULPT or others, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information stored locally remains on your device until you clear it or remove the app, subject to your device’s backup settings. You may ask us to remove your waitlist information at any time.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request.

You can manage notifications through the app or your device settings. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

International data transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
